Senior Director, Healthcare Decision Support & Financial Performance Advisory

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Healthcare Decision Support & Financial Performance Advisory to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will play a pivotal role in advising healthcare organizations on finance, decision support, and performance management strategies that improve operating results. The Senior Director will guide senior executives through complex assessments, translate findings into actionable roadmaps, and help drive margin improvement and cost reduction. This role also requires strong cross-functional leadership across multiple consulting engagements, with a focus on client satisfaction and organizational impact. The position is based in Philadelphia, PA and is on-site, with flexibility for travel as needed to support client work. Location: Philadelphia, PA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $250,000 – $325,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as an executive advisor to healthcare CFOs and finance leaders Lead assessments of finance and decision support capabilities Develop performance-improvement roadmaps aligned with organizational goals Facilitate executive workshops and present findings to senior leadership Lead initiatives focused on margin improvement and cost reduction Advise clients on decision support strategies and operating models Direct multiple complex consulting engagements and manage client satisfaction Qualifications 12+ years in consulting, healthcare finance, or performance improvement 5+ years leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives Experience advising C-suite executives and senior leaders Deep understanding of healthcare finance and performance management Proven ability to lead teams and develop client relationships Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs Participation in an annual incentive compensation program Flexible work location near major airports Opportunities for professional growth and development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
