Senior Director, Healthcare Analytics

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise-wide analytics project planning and execution
• Support partnership development between business and technical teams
• Ensure strategic alignment and communication across all analytic teams
• Manage executive customer expectations and relationships effectively
• Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for customer satisfaction
• Lead the implementation of analytics strategies set by leadership
• Mentor and develop a team of leaders and analysts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
• 8+ years in healthcare analytics leadership with strategic planning experience
• Solid understanding of statistical and data mining techniques
• Proficient in SQL and data querying languages
• Experience with business intelligence tools, especially Microsoft PowerBI
• Demonstrated mentoring ability for leaders and analysts
