Senior Director, Healthcare Decision Support & Financial Performance Advisory

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Healthcare Decision Support & Financial Performance Advisory to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will guide healthcare provider clients through complex financial and operational challenges, helping senior executives strengthen decision support, improve performance management, and execute enterprise-wide transformation. The role blends executive advisory, diagnostics, and roadmap development to support margin improvement, cost reduction, and stronger financial outcomes. It also requires close partnership with CFOs, finance leaders, and other senior stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable performance improvements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $250,000 – $325,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as an executive advisor to healthcare CFOs and finance leaders Lead assessments of finance and performance management capabilities Develop enterprise performance-improvement roadmaps aligned with strategy Facilitate executive workshops and present findings to senior leadership Lead initiatives focused on margin improvement and cost reduction Design performance-management frameworks and reporting standards Advise clients on decision support strategies and analytics Qualifications 12+ years in consulting, healthcare finance, decision support, or performance improvement 5+ years leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives Experience advising C-suite executives and senior finance leaders Deep understanding of healthcare provider finance and operations Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs Participation in annual incentive compensation program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
