Senior Director, GTM FP&A
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Director, GTM FP&A to manage GTM finance planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. This role will partner with key business units, including CXOs, to drive world-class GTM and sales finance planning and insights for the business. Responsibilities
- Manage the full range of GTM sales and marketing finance planning, forecasting, and analysis activities, including building and reviewing financial models, validating assumptions, and challenging data and information integrity.
- Partner with GTM and analytics teams to manage bookings forecasting.
- Partner with GTM teams to assess new business opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with Accounting, BI, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on month-end activities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting—analyzing financial results, distilling and synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management.
- Prepare presentations and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in strategic data analysis and modeling for senior company leadership.
- Manage and coach team members to develop capabilities and achieve key goals and objectives.
- Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- SaaS experience in a high-growth environment.
- Prior GTM and/or sales finance forecasting experience.
- Good understanding of key SaaS revenue metrics.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint—building financial and decision support models and reports.
- Proven ability to form strong business partner relationships.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-starter who adapts well to change in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
- Great attitude, willingness to perform, and get things done.
- Experience with financial planning systems, Anaplan, and NetSuite preferred.
- Comfortable working with large data sets.

Pay
If hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $233,800 and $285,100 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
