About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of FP&A to lead and support our global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role will serve as a key partner to our GTM leadership team, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership
    Act as the primary finance partner to global GTM leadership, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
    Partner closely with the CRO to translate growth ambitions into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
    Influence key decisions through clear financial insights, scenario modeling, and strategic guidance.
  • Planning & Forecasting
    Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the GTM organization.
    Build scalable revenue, pipeline, and capacity models to support a growing global business.
  • Revenue Growth & Performance
    Analyze pipeline, conversion, and productivity metrics to identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
    Partner with RevOps and GTM leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and visibility.
    Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and performance.
  • Investment Optimization
    Evaluate ROI on GTM investments, including headcount, marketing spend, and programs.
    Recommend resource allocation strategies to maximize growth and efficiency.
    Support pricing, packaging, and territory strategies through financial analysis.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with a strong track record supporting high-growth, global GTM organizations.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and cybersecurity business models, including key revenue drivers and operating metrics.
  • Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning in dynamic environments, including the use of AI and advanced analytics to improve accuracy and speed of insights.
  • Proven success leveraging data, automation, and AI-driven tools to streamline planning processes, enhance forecasting, and surface actionable insights.
  • Proven success operating in fast-paced, high-growth organizations with evolving priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data and AI-driven insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience leading FP&A teams in a high-growth, global organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $173,000 to $302,000 annually. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level.

Schedule

This role can be based in our Eden Prairie, MN headquarters or performed remotely, depending on candidate preference.
