Senior Director, GTM FP&A

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional, commercially driven Senior Director of FP&A to lead Global Bookings and serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior leaders across Partner, Channel, Strategic Sales, and Go-to-Market Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including assumptions, cadence, and executive outputs

• Deliver short- and long-term planning for Business functions, Corp FP&A, earnings, and key leadership

• Support investment governance, including budget alignment and opex decisions

• Own global planning and analysis for pipeline, bookings, churn, price adjustments, and net bookings

• Drive insights on productivity, commissions, channel economics, opex, and headcount

• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and reporting alignment across regions and product

• Business Partnership, Insights & Alignment

• Provide forward-looking insights by integrating actuals, forecasts, risks, and opportunities

• Translate complex data into clear executive insights, recommendations, and actions

• Align with enterprise priorities, including forecast accuracy, performance, and financial discipline

Qualifications

• 15+ years of FP&A or commercial finance leadership; advanced degree or certification preferred

• Experience partnering with executives in recurring-revenue industries preferred

• Track record of leading global planning, driving alignment, and scaling operating models

• Deep expertise in key metrics including bookings, revenue, churn, pricing, productivity, and opex

• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders through clear, data-driven insights

• Highly analytical, able to validate data and translate insights into enterprise-level narratives

• Proven leader of high-performing, global teams with a collaborative, inclusive style
