Senior FP&A Manager, GTM

About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team
• Own the go-to-market operating model and forecast management
• Lead the annual planning cycles for sales finance processes
• Manage expenses and provide variance analysis for the sales organization
• Support sales compensation and headcount planning processes
• Enhance financial reporting tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Communicate effectively with executive management and board members

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in finance, preferably in FP&A or sales finance at a SaaS company
• Strong financial modeling and SQL skills
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and accounting concepts
• Experience with pricing transitions and consumption models is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Must possess strong attention to detail and project leadership abilities
• AI fluency is essential for workflow improvement

Pay

$131,000 – $220,000 annually
