Responsibilities The Senior Director, Enterprise PMO is responsible for leading HarmonyCares' enterprise project and portfolio management capability. This role will establish the governance, standards, tools, and prioritization processes needed to translate enterprise strategy into coordinated execution across the organization. This role will partner closely with executive, Medical Group, technology, change management, and functional leaders to provide visibility across major initiatives, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure organizational resources remain aligned to the highest-priority work. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Establish and lead the enterprise PMO framework, governance structure, methodologies, tools, and reporting processesPartner with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and project roadmapsDevelop and maintain centralized visibility into major enterprise initiatives and transformation effortsEstablish project intake and prioritization methodologies based on strategic alignment, business value, organizational capacity, and riskIdentify dependencies, resource constraints, and execution risks across the enterprise portfolio and facilitate resolutionDirectly lead or provide oversight for complex, high-priority enterprise programsMonitor initiative performance and intervene when projects are at risk of missing strategic, operational, financial, or implementation objectivesFacilitate portfolio and governance discussions with executive and senior leadershipProvide clear reporting and recommendations regarding initiative health, risks, priorities, and required decisionsPartner with change management and functional leaders to support effective implementation and organizational adoptionBuild consistent project and program management capability across the organizationThis is an overview of the duties, responsibilities and requirements for this position. Executive and senior leadershipMedical Group leadersTechnology teamsFunctional leadersVendorsConsultants Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field8+ years of progressive experience in project, program, portfolio management, business transformation, or enterprise operations3+ years leading complex cross-functional programs, enterprise initiatives, or portfolio management activitiesExperience partnering directly with executive leadership on strategic prioritization and executionAdvanced project, program, and portfolio management skillsStrong understanding of enterprise governance, prioritization, and resource planningAbility to create structure and operating discipline in evolving or ambiguous environmentsStrong executive communication and facilitation skillsAbility to objectively assess project health, risk, and organizational capacityStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skillsAbility to influence across functions without direct authority Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldPMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparableHealthcare experience strongly preferred Posted Max Pay Rate USD $185,000.00/Yr. Posted Min Pay Rate USD $170,000.00/Yr. Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
