Director Enterprise PMO
About the role
The Director of Enterprise Program Management will design, develop, and oversee programs and processes to deliver value, enable key business initiatives, and foster cross-enterprise collaboration. You will provide real-time dashboards with defined success metrics for tracking value, coordination, risk, and prioritization to ensure on-time, on-budget, and successful delivery of results. Additionally, you will enable executive reviews with appropriate materials to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Create frameworks and tools to deliver enterprise programs and projects, ensuring value capture and initiative delivery.
- Design and manage the delivery of tools and resources in coordination with project and functional teams.
- Ensure clarity of measurement and scalable solution options to support a wide range of functional programs and projects.
- Provide executive and detailed program/project summaries, including dashboards and heatmaps, in coordination with project and program managers across the enterprise.
- Assess, develop, and create hypotheses to diagnose project/program challenges, focusing on insights to ensure on-time delivery and sustainable value capture.
- Develop trends and insights on initiative status, deliverables, and value capture metrics.
- Ensure change management tools and processes are embedded within all tracked programs and provide recommendations to accelerate change impact.
- Enable and report against a wide-scale portfolio of projects and programs to deliver value or agreed-upon results.
- Support Program Managers in compiling summary reporting, insights, and trends.
- Build and coordinate presentation materials for executive discussions, reviews, and decision-making.
- Define a value capture framework in coordination with Finance to ensure real-time reporting capabilities for enterprise programs and projects.
- Provide executive-level reporting and tracking consistently to build leadership and enterprise credibility.
- Coordinate directly with the Finance Organization to ensure capture, validation, and audit of value, ensuring accuracy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in planning, managing, and organizing resources within short to medium timescales.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work at an advanced level to identify, sequence, and resource project schedules for timely completion.
- Experience with Kanban boards (workflow management), Sprint demonstrations, Sprint planning, and Sprint retrospectives.
- Demonstrates a change mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build structure and culture within a program-based team to define roles and responsibilities that enable achievement.
- Strong proficiency in organizational and communication skills, influence, adaptability/flexibility, and relationship-building.
- Ability to act independently in a variety of complex and challenging situations.

Pay
USD $117,000.00 - USD $195,000.00 per year.
