What You'll Do
- Own enterprise portfolio governance, ensuring initiatives align to corporate strategy, long-term objectives, and value creation priorities.
- Translate enterprise strategy into an executable, prioritized portfolio roadmap with defined outcomes, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Lead enterprise prioritization and resource allocation to balance strategic value, financial return, risk, and organizational capacity.
- Ensure accountability for enterprise outcomes and benefits realization-not just delivery milestones.
- Own enterprise portfolio value realization, ensuring strategic investments drive revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational effectiveness.
- Partner cross functionally to align capital and operating investments with enterprise performance objectives.
- Oversee capital expenditures for strategic initiatives supported by the PMO.
- Provide executive-level portfolio reporting and dashboards focused on value, risk, dependencies, and decisions requiring leadership action.
- Ensure a smooth flow of enterprise information to enable fact-based, timely decision-making by executive leadership.
- Act as a strategic operating partner to the CIO and Senior Leadership Team on enterprise capacity, investment tradeoffs, and execution risk.
- Lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives that materially impact how the organization operates, including operating model evolution, process redesign, and digital enablement.
- Develop and implement standardized portfolio, program, and project management methodologies that balance execution discipline with strategic agility.
- Use internal and external benchmarking to drive continuous improvement in enterprise execution capability.
- Maintain hands-on leadership by directly managing select enterprise programs and projects, while coaching teams to deliver outcomes on time, within scope, and with disciplined risk and change control.
- Lead and develop the enterprise portfolio, program, and project management organization, including performance management, capability building, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Build PMO capability by assessing, coaching and developing talent.
- Establish governance and vendor partnership models for enterprise initiatives in collaboration with IT, Procurement, and business leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, International Business, IT, Finance, in a related field or equivalent experience.
- MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise portfolio, program, and strategy execution roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.
- PMP and/or Change Management certification preferred.
- Relationship builder and problem solver.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity; data driven decision-making; outstanding written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong communicator with proven ability to influence with and without direct authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholders (executives, peers, key stakeholders).
