About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management initiatives across US Operations
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations to improve processes and practices
  • Develop and maintain project management policies and procedures
  • Support the implementation of new project management methodologies and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira)

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Project Management or a related field preferred
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and their impact on project management
  • Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies
