Accountabilities

The Senior Director, DTC Marketing will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive consumer growth strategy, ensuring marketing efforts effectively support business expansion and customer acquisition goals. This role requires balancing strategic leadership with operational execution, using data-driven insights to optimize performance across the full customer journey.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership experience in direct-to-consumer marketing roles.
  • Proven experience developing and owning DTC strategies that drive measurable growth, acquisition, and conversion improvements.
  • Strong expertise across consumer acquisition channels, including paid media, SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, social, and digital growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities, optimize investments, and guide decision-making.
  • Experience managing external agencies and holding partners accountable to business outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence teams across Product, Data, Operations, and Clinical functions.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to connect brand-building initiatives with performance outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights, recommendations, and priorities to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, consumer healthcare, or regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance considerations, including privacy requirements and responsible health communication practices, is a plus.
