Accountabilities
The Senior Director, DTC Marketing will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive consumer growth strategy, ensuring marketing efforts effectively support business expansion and customer acquisition goals. This role requires balancing strategic leadership with operational execution, using data-driven insights to optimize performance across the full customer journey.
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership experience in direct-to-consumer marketing roles.
- Proven experience developing and owning DTC strategies that drive measurable growth, acquisition, and conversion improvements.
- Strong expertise across consumer acquisition channels, including paid media, SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, social, and digital growth.
- Demonstrated ability to use analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities, optimize investments, and guide decision-making.
- Experience managing external agencies and holding partners accountable to business outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence teams across Product, Data, Operations, and Clinical functions.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to connect brand-building initiatives with performance outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights, recommendations, and priorities to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, consumer healthcare, or regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance considerations, including privacy requirements and responsible health communication practices, is a plus.
