Senior Director Demand Generation

About the role

The role is part of a team focused on developing and implementing trust and safety measures using advanced artificial intelligence technologies. This includes building models to prevent abuse and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning models for abuse prevention
• Implement and monitor trust and safety workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and their applications in trust and safety
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Fiddler
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods
• Experience with database design and management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and semantic search
• Experience with observability tools like RabbitMQ and Kinesis
• Understanding of cloud services like AWS and Google Cloud
• Experience with project management tools like Airflow and Jira
