Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end demand generation strategy for digital and integrated campaigns
- Accelerate pipeline creation aligned with revenue targets
- Execute campaign planning across various personas and buying stages
- Manage budget allocation and optimize channel mix for performance
- Improve funnel performance in volume, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
- Align closely with Sales, SDR, and RevOps to ensure quality follow-up
- Contribute to global pipeline generation efforts across regions and segments
Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing with leadership experience
- Proven success driving pipeline through digital, integrated, and multi-channel programs
- Strong understanding of funnel dynamics, conversion optimization, and performance analytics
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROI across multiple programs
- Deep experience partnering with Sales and RevOps in pipeline-driven organizations
