Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end demand generation strategy for digital and integrated campaigns
  • Accelerate pipeline creation aligned with revenue targets
  • Execute campaign planning across various personas and buying stages
  • Manage budget allocation and optimize channel mix for performance
  • Improve funnel performance in volume, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
  • Align closely with Sales, SDR, and RevOps to ensure quality follow-up
  • Contribute to global pipeline generation efforts across regions and segments

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing with leadership experience
  • Proven success driving pipeline through digital, integrated, and multi-channel programs
  • Strong understanding of funnel dynamics, conversion optimization, and performance analytics
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROI across multiple programs
  • Deep experience partnering with Sales and RevOps in pipeline-driven organizations
