Senior Director, Demand Generation
Responsibilities
Campaign execution - Design and run integrated programs across ABM, paid, digital, content, and events against a defined enterprise target set. Own campaign calendars, launch readiness, and program performance end to end.
Account-Based Marketing - Operate the full ABM motion - intent signal activation, buying-group surround, account-level sequencing, and vendor relationships. Coordinate closely with Sales and SDRs to ensure account coverage translates to qualified meetings.
Performance and paid media - Manage day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, Google, content syndication, and retargeting. Own budget pacing, creative briefing, bid strategy, and channel-level measurement.
Pipeline reporting - Own campaign attribution and conversion metrics in HubSpot. Maintain clean, reliable data that rolls up into the VP's pipeline model.
Marketing operations partnership - Partner with MarOps and RevOps on lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and HubSpot instance health. Be the demand team's voice in ops conversations - you advocate for what the programs need to run correctly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in B2B enterprise demand generation, with Senior Director or Director-level experience leading programs and people required.
- You've owned the motion - not just supported it.
- Prior experience with a B2B AI enterprise company, ideally conversational AI, agentic AI, CX technology, or enterprise AI infrastructure preferred.
- Experience in regulated verticals (financial services, healthcare, government) preferred.
- Background scaling demand at a pre-IPO or high-growth SaaS company.
- HubSpot proficiency required. You've worked inside the instance, not just read the dashboards.
- You understand lead lifecycle, scoring, and what breaks when routing is wrong.
- Demonstrated pipeline contribution required. You know your numbers: MQLs, meetings, pipeline sourced, conversion rates. You've defended them to sales leadership.
- Hands-on paid media experience required. You've managed LinkedIn and Google campaigns directly - budget, targeting, creative performance, and measurement.
- AI-forward experience required. You use Claude or equivalent tools to accelerate reporting, copy, and workflow automation. AI fluency is a day-one expectation.
