Senior Developer Advocate, Developer Education

Responsibilities

• Shape the direction of the education platform beyond just content creation
• Create hands-on courses and tutorials centered around working examples
• Produce educational video content, including both detailed walkthroughs and highlight clips
• Develop AI and agent content demonstrating the reliability of the company integrations
• Create modern learning experiences that incorporate AI and interactive formats
• Align educational materials with product capabilities and best practices
• Maintain reference implementations and best-practice examples across SDK languages

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-quality examples in one of the company’s primary SDK languages (Go, Java, TypeScript, Python, or.NET)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, including state management and concurrency
• Proven ability to create high-quality technical education content for developers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling in technical contexts
• Ability to independently drive projects and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Product mindset with a focus on enhancing the overall learner experience
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams
