We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and self-driven individual to lead design and planning efforts for senior living projects of varying scope and complexity. From campus master planning to new construction and renovation projects, you will collaborate with clients and project teams to craft meaningful places for aging.

- We are looking for a professional with excellent technical and interpersonal skills who can act as a client liaison for projects, leading them through our purpose-driven design approach.
- Depth of expertise in programming and planning for the whole spectrum of senior living environments is required. Experience across master planning, repositioning, renovation and new construction is preferred.
- Senior living environments are constantly evolving to meet changing consumer expectations, operational challenges and changing regulations. We are seeking individuals who can balance broad market perspectives and finer details to craft purpose-driven environments for aging.

- This is a strategic role for someone seeking both personal growth and professional agency. Licensed architect with 10+ years of relevant work experience in senior living planning, architectural design and unit design.
- Versatility beyond planning is a bonus - whether design, implementation or project management.
- No other staff report directly to this position, this position reports to the Living Environments Studio Director.
- Strong narrative skills with the ability to confidently guide design and planning efforts with clients, consultants and internal teams.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a high standard in written, graphic and oral communication.
- Exhibit a working knowledge of senior living operations.
