Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for new construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design meets client needs and project goals.
• Manage the design process from concept through detailed design phases.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional architecture experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable design practices.
• Knowledge of green building standards and certifications.
• Understanding of construction materials and methods.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
