About the role

The Senior Design Architect is responsible for leading the design process for complex projects, collaborating with clients, and ensuring all designs meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for high-profile projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals
• Develop detailed design documents and presentations
• Ensure all designs adhere to sustainability and quality standards
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture
• Experience with sustainable design practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software

Qualifications

• Passion for creating innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
