Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through construction documentation
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine design concepts
• Manage design teams and ensure timely delivery of design documents
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional architecture experience
• Experience leading complex design projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passion for sustainable design and green building practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
