Senior Customer Solutions Manager, US FED CIV

About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Worldwide Public Sector team. This position requires 25% - 40% travel dependent on geo and time of year. The candidate must be a US Citizen and hold an active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Working with organizations in all stages of their cloud adoption, guiding them through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey.
• Identifying and accelerating the customer’s realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of AWS services, AWS partner solutions, AWS best practices, and other.
• Helping customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other.
• Establishing and maturing operating models / structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of AWS frameworks and mechanisms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

Benefits

A basic understanding of AWS services and solutions is required. Candidates must be able to pass the Certified Solution Architect, Associate level within the first year of employment, as well as the AWS AI Practitioner Exam within the first three-months of employment.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
