Senior CRA - Oncology

Piper Companies is actively seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join a growing team supporting late-phase oncology trials within the biotech industry. The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a high-velocity environment and bring a hands-on, relationship-driven approach to clinical site monitoring and trial execution. Responsibilities of the Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA): Oversee Phase II–III oncology studies independently, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, and internal SOPsPerform on-site monitoring visits (approximately 8 days monthly), including site initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out activitiesConduct source data verification/review and case report form assessments to maintain audit-ready data qualityBuild strong partnerships with investigative sites to drive enrollment, ensure protocol compliance, and resolve operational challengesProactively identify site risks, escalate issues, and ensure milestones and study deliverables remain on track Qualifications of the Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA): Proven experience as a Senior CRA with a focus on oncology clinical trials (required)Demonstrated expertise in independent monitoring and full lifecycle trial oversightPrior experience working directly with biotech sponsors in a client-facing capacityAbility to manage multiple clinical sites and competing priorities with limited supervisionHands-on oncology site monitoring experience Compensation for the Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) includes: Salary range: Based on ExperienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plansRemote flexibility with regional travel requirements This job opens for applications on 07/31/2026.
