Senior CRA Oncology

Piper Companies is seeking a fully remote Senior Clinical Research Associate with regional travel to support a biotechnology client in the United States.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional with strong expertise in independent monitoring, oncology protocols, and site management across multiple studies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive monitoring visits across the full study lifecycle, ensuring adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory standards
• Act as the primary liaison for study sites, proactively addressing issues and maintaining strong site relationships
• Provide hands-on oversight of oncology trials, evaluating data integrity, patient safety, and study progress
• Oversee multiple research sites simultaneously, prioritizing activities based on timelines, enrollment, and site performance
• Partner closely with internal teams and external biotech sponsors to support efficient and compliant study execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRA experience, including at least 2+ years supporting oncology clinical trials
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage monitoring activities and full site lifecycle responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and oncology-specific study requirements
• Experience working directly with biotech or sponsor clients in a collaborative environment
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively while traveling approximately 25–40%

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually + bonus
