Senior Coordinator, Plan Enrollment

Position Summary

The Senior Coordinator, Plan Enrollment, evaluates and ensures compliance with government payer support programs and contract requirements. This role involves analyzing contract obligations, recommending solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement necessary operational changes.

What you'll do

• Evaluate government payer support programs and contract requirements to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Analyze current and forecasted data to determine necessary system or operational changes and develop action plans for contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate contract needs and provide solution recommendations to senior leadership.
• Aid in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to contract execution and coordinate related administrative tasks.
• Monitor program implementation, assess return on investment, and recommend improvements to meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business solutions and continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business or related field OR 1 year’s experience in contracting, healthcare billing, or related area.
