Senior Coordinator Membership and Communities
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to parse the job posting.
Key parts:
- Intro paragraph about company: "We are a global engagement marketing agency..." etc. This is about the company; could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for description of role. The intro is about the organization; maybe we can put under "About the role"? But guidelines: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role (maybe includes company description and job objective). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe includes job requirements bullet list). Qualifications (maybe includes professional and leadership competencies, specific technical skills, additional local requirements). Skills (maybe separate). Benefits (benefits summary). Pay (compensation). Schedule (maybe not present). We need to only include sections that have real specific content.
Let's extract:
Company description: "We are a global engagement marketing agency that creates human-centric touchpoints that unleash the power of people to deliver innovation and growth. Firm believers in the power of building community since 1987, we are helping brands, associations and not-for-profit organisations solve their key people challenges through our core expertise: Live & virtual events, Strategic & digital communications and Consulting & community solutions. We are an independently owned agency, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, with a global presence of 60 offices in 31 countries."
Job objective: "Paediatric hematology and oncology nurses are setting and achieving the highest standards of care for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. The role of the membership and community coordinator is key to ensuring that members, chapters, committees, and volunteer leaders are properly supported, informed, and engaged."
Compensation: "$54,704 - $56,160 annually, based on relevant experience and skills."
Responsibilities: List under "Main Responsibilities". It includes many bullet-like paragraphs. We need to turn into - . The responsibilities are grouped under headings: Membership, Chapters, Account Management, Committee and Volunteer Management, General Operations, Account Support and Commercial Awareness, Other duties as assigned. We can treat each bullet as a list item; but we need to preserve all substantive info. Could break each sentence into li.
Requirements: "Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Excellent communication skills (written & oral). Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer/member service even in difficult situations. Demonstrated ability to succeed in fast-paced work environment. Applicant must be extremely organized, diligent, able to multi-task, and operate with only the highest degree of integrity."
Professional and Leadership Competencies: "Proven skills working with a variety of people and cultures. Ability to organize self and work independently and deliver to deadlines. Fundamental understanding of associations and volunteer environments."
Specific Technical Skills: "Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms), general computing skills, and the internet. Experience with Association Management Systems (AMS) and community platforms preferred. Experience with basic document management in Adobe and design in Canva preferred."
Additional Local Requirements: "Ability to travel once per year domestically for the annual conference."
Benefits Summary: "MCI USA is an established, family-friendly company offering outstanding benefits and significant growth opportunities.PTO: 13 paid company holidays, including closure Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day401K: Medical, dental, vision and supplementary insurancesEmployer-paid family building benefit (fertility, adoption and surrogacy)Employer-paid mental health benefitPet discount program"
We need to format benefits as list.
Pay: we have compensation.
Schedule: Not mentioned; we should not create Schedule section.
We also have some EEO boilerplate etc which we must remove.
We also have "Please reach out even if you do not meet all the criteria but are willing to learn and commit to one of our great roles." That's like encouragement; maybe we can keep as prose under About the role? But it's not boilerplate; it's a call to apply. However guidelines: remove application instructions. This is more like encouragement but could be considered application instruction? It says "Please reach out even if you do not meet all the criteria but are willing to learn and commit to one of our great roles." That's not exactly instruction to apply; it's encouraging. Might keep as prose under About the role or maybe under Requirements? Probably keep as a short paragraph.
Also "At MCI USA, we thrive on passion and believe that diverse perspectives make our team stronger. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age or physical/mental ability. We appreciate all who apply, though only those selected for an interview will be contacted. All applications remain confidential. MCI USA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. If you need any accommodation during the application or interview process, please reach out to our chief people officer. MCI is where you can bring your true self to work and be proud of what you do. Join us and make a difference!" This is EEO boilerplate; we should remove.
Thus we keep only substantive content: company description, job objective, compensation, responsibilities, requirements (including professional competencies, technical skills, additional local requirements), benefits.
We need to decide sections: About the role (company description + job objective). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe combine job requirements + professional competencies + technical skills + additional local requirements). Could also split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. But guidelines: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. That's 5 sections.
We need to use
for each section heading.
Inside each section, we need to use
for prose and
- for lists.
Thus:
