Senior Coordinator, Account Receivable – 3PL

Responsibilities

• Present what you are reconciling to groups of people within the company and industry over the phone or face to face
• Manage the payment posting and collections for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (Clients) we service
• Critical thinking in relation to gathering information
• Communicate effectively through email, on phone and in person
• Possess proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Possess strong organizational skills and prioritize getting the right things done
• Effectively apply knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments
• Works independently within established procedures but will receive general guidance on new assignments
• May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Must live within 1 hour radius of LaVergne, TN
• Previous accounts receivable experience preferred
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
