Senior Consultant, Microsoft D365 CRM
About the role
Under the direction of a Manager, Senior Manager, or Director, the Senior Consultant will develop and deliver solutions for clients pursuing operational excellence and digital transformation. This role requires a self-managed professional who interfaces regularly with clients and external stakeholders, and helps lead and shape delivery resources in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client projects through all phases of the project lifecycle: sales, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, training, and support.
- Architect and develop solutions based on client requirements and deep knowledge of Microsoft D365 CRM applications.
- Participate in and lead analysis and design sessions to capture functional and technical requirements across sales, marketing, service, and operations.
- Configure, test, and deploy Microsoft D365 CRM solutions and associated applications.
- Organize, establish, and monitor progress on project work plans to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Communicate with clients on functional deliverables, work plan status, and issues.
- Identify risks, manage scope changes, and implement change-management processes.
- Assign tasks to consultants, review work for accuracy and thoroughness, and assist consultants with client management responsibilities.
- Actively participate in business development activities as a subject matter expert and grow existing client accounts through relationships built during project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm or private industry focused on technical solutions.
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CRM implementations.
- 2+ years of project management experience in a professional services or similar environment.
- Expert-level understanding of Microsoft D365 CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing.
- Experience defining business requirements, managing business processes, and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience implementing Microsoft D365 CRM in Construction/Real Estate, Nonprofit, or Manufacturing industries.
- Preferred: Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps).
Skills
Expert-level understanding of Microsoft D365 CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing.

Pay
The estimated base pay range for this role is $88,000 to $118,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Schedule
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
