About the role

Sikich is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Technical Consultant to support the growing Dynamics 365 Enterprise team in implementing solutions for new and existing client projects. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Dynamics CRM systems to meet business needs, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and providing technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics CRM systems to meet business needs
• Customize and configure CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, and reports
• Develop plugins and integration points for Dynamics CRM
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to implement CRM solutions effectively
• Participate in application upgrades and execute post-install activities such as smoke testing
• Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service platforms
• Gather, assimilate, and analyze data to support solutions and decision-making processes
• Articulate ideas and thoughts clearly to stakeholders
• Work with solution architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM and lead development activities
• Perform general system administration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems as assigned
• Travel up to 50% (nationally & internationally) to customer locations for on-site work, with possible increases depending on project phase

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
• Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, modules, and components
• Experience with CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, and other integration technologies
• Proficiency in using Power Platform and leveraging it within Dynamics CRM
• Ability to customize and configure CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, and reports
• Testing and troubleshooting experience to ensure reliability and performance of CRM solutions
• Experience with Cloud Azure & Power Platforms
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
• Customer-focused mindset and capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (beneficial but not required)
• Excellent client relation, communication, organization, and prioritization capabilities
• US Citizen or Green Card holder

Pay

The base compensation range for this role is $81,980.50 – $127,152.38 – $172,324.25. Final offer may vary based on experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for roles in Sikich’s Government Services pillar are determined by contract with the specific government agency.
