Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
  • Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
  • Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
  • Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure that ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • Experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales).
  • Dynamics 365 Technical with hands-on complex Customizations, Configurations, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript, and Portals.
  • Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 and coding best practices, including design specifications, programming, problem diagnosis, debugging, testing, modification, and assurance of technical requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Skills

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
  • Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • Microsoft certifications with Dataverse and Azure integration experience (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
  • Proven enterprise-scale D365 & Power Platform architecture design experience.
  • Advanced Power Platform ALM & CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Experience in complex integrations with third-party and line-of-business systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Pages, PCF controls, and advanced Canvas Apps.
  • Experience handling data migration, performance tuning, and large Dataverse volumes.
