Senior Consultant (Business Systems Analyst - System & Data Analysis with Payments exp) - Only W2

About the role

A Business Systems Analyst is needed to support the BFS banking and financial services team in payments and SQL processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with process engineering, AI, and model documentation for Gen AI coding assistant platforms like Github Copilot, Claude Code, and Open AI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and maintenance of business systems and data analysis processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conducts data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develops and maintains SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Engages in process engineering and documentation for AI and model-based systems.
• Works with AI and coding assistant platforms such as Github Copilot, Claude Code, and Open AI Codex to enhance system functionality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in banking and finance, specifically in payments and SQL.
• Experience with process engineering, AI, and model documentation for Gen AI coding assistant platforms.
• Strong understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Github Copilot, Claude Code, and Open AI Codex.
