About the role

A key member of a team of 5+ members, this individual will be responsible for requirements gathering, creating Jira stories, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in the Healthcare Payer industry with strong Salesforce Agentic AI experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in the Healthcare Payer industry
• Strong Salesforce Agentic AI experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
