Senior Database Analyst (Banking & Financial Services) - W2 Only

Job Responsibilities

• Prioritize experience with FIS platforms or FIS engagements.
• Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures for large-scale transactional systems.
• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable database solutions and reporting outputs.
• Perform data analysis to ensure data integrity across banking platforms, supporting operations like teller systems and financial reporting.
• Deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Support the entire database lifecycle, from development through production support, in an agile environment.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with FIS platforms or FIS engagements.
• Strong expertise in SQL/PL-SQL with a focus on performance optimization.
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain, particularly in retail banking systems.
• Proven ability in business requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
