Senior Consultant - BI and Analytics Engineer
About the Role
You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.
Serves as a senior BI and analytics consultant supporting Pennsylvania's Office of Medical Assistance Programs (OMAP), with additional oversight across OLTL and CHIP reporting streams. Responsible for driving enterprise dashboard architecture, governance, and reporting standards that enhance data transparency, consistency, and performance across program, financial, and quality analytics functions. Acts as a trusted technical advisor to program leadership, guiding enterprise analytics strategy, reporting roadmaps, and governance standards. Manages and mentors a team of 8 BI developers across MATP/BFM, Program Monitoring, Quality, and Cross-Program analytics streams, translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions while ensuring alignment with platform standards and best practices.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of experience with Tableau
