Senior Consultant, Analytics

Trinity is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Analytics organization with a focus on delivering data and AI-enabled analytics solutions. This role blends strong client engagement, analytics execution, and practical application of AI (including GenAI and LLM-based approaches) across commercial use cases.
Essential Functions
- Collaborates with team members on Analytics projects to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients.
- Coordinates with consultants and clients to identify business needs and develop customized solutions; educates and trains other team members on methodology.
- Develops and implements analytics and AI-driven approaches to forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, and data science.
- Identifies key insights from complex data outputs and directly links them to the strategic implications for our clients’ business.
- Participates in recruiting efforts as well as organizing training and mentorship support to junior staff.
- Creates and manage client proposals and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus. Quantitative or life‑sciences‑related fields preferred (e.g., health sciences, analytics, engineering, economics, statistics, marketing).
- 3-5 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields. Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology‑enabled solutions is preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
- Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and life sciences real-world data.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $118k-$177k per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related education and training, location, and internal equity. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
