Senior Analytics Consultant

Global Operations Data Analytic and Reporting (DAR) Analytics and Strategic Horizontal Reporting (SHR) Team is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant. SHR provides Global Operations with analytic insights, data visualization, and planning support through dashboards and consultative analysis to transform raw data into actionable knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Consult, review, and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of variable data factors.
• Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data-driven insights and identify opportunities for engineering enhancements.
• Lead or participate in large cross-group projects.
• Mentor less experienced staff.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL.
• 2+ years of experience in databases such as Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Strong hands-on experience with analytics and automation workflows working with large, complex datasets; advanced SQL proficiency required (SAS, Teradata, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience performing data discovery, source-to-target analysis, and building reusable data transformations (e.g., standardized metrics, dimensional models, or curated analytical datasets) with strong attention to data quality and lineage.
• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to translate analytical results into clear recommendations, trade-offs, and measurable business outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Schedule

• Required to be in the office 3 days per week for a minimum of 8 hours per day.

This role is designed for a self-starter who can independently problem-solve and execute with minimal manager oversight. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
