Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from start to finish.
• Participate in motions practice.
• Prepare for and attend hearings and depositions.
• Manage discovery.
• Draft briefs.
• Engage in some transactional work.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in litigation.
• Oregon State Bar membership.
• JD degree.
• Book of business preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong legal skills and knowledge of business litigation and transactional law.
• Experience with employment and real estate matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.

Pay

$100K-$130K DOE + lucrative bonus structure.

Schedule

This is a primarily in-office position with the option for a hybrid schedule.
