Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of practice experience
  • Background at an AmLaw 100/200 firm, respected regional firm, or sophisticated boutique
  • Demonstrated ability to develop or support client relationships
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed environment
  • Licensed and in good standing in Colorado
  • Broad form commercial litigation
  • Business-related disputes from investigation through trial or settlement
  • Contracts and issues analysis to develop legal strategy and advise clients
  • Key litigation document drafting
  • Clients and legal team coordinating
  • Self-starter, takes ownership, and comfortable in court
  • A minimum portable book of $350K

Location Flexibility

While the firm operates on a national platform, attorneys must be able to appear in court or before agencies in their licensed jurisdictions when required.
