Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of practice experience
- Background at an AmLaw 100/200 firm, respected regional firm, or sophisticated boutique
- Demonstrated ability to develop or support client relationships
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed environment
- Licensed and in good standing in Colorado
- Broad form commercial litigation
- Business-related disputes from investigation through trial or settlement
- Contracts and issues analysis to develop legal strategy and advise clients
- Key litigation document drafting
- Clients and legal team coordinating
- Self-starter, takes ownership, and comfortable in court
- A minimum portable book of $350K
Location Flexibility
While the firm operates on a national platform, attorneys must be able to appear in court or before agencies in their licensed jurisdictions when required.
