About the Opportunity:The SENIOR CLINICAL RECRUITING SOURCER plays a critical role in sourcing and attracting high-quality physician and advanced practitioner candidates. This position independently develops and implements advanced, data-driven sourcing strategies to meet complex and high-priority clinical recruitment needs. By partnering closely with recruiters and leveraging market intelligence, the role directly supports talent acquisition efforts that are essential for fulfilling the organization’s clinical staffing goals. Responsibilities:Generate physician and advanced practitioner leads using specialized sourcing techniques and channelsIndependently develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for complex and high-priority rolesUtilize market data, analytics, and recruiting trends to inform sourcing approachesTrack and analyze sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordinglyCollaborate with recruiters and stakeholders to align sourcing with recruiting prioritiesConduct regular strategy sessions to refine sourcing effortsDevelop candidate outreach and messaging consistent with brand standardsAccurately document activities in CRM and ATS systemsResearch and recommend new sourcing tools and methodsShare sourcing best practices and market insights within the teamParticipate in virtual and on-site recruiting events as needed Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years in recruiting or candidate sourcingAt least 3 years supporting clinical recruitment for physician talentProficient in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searchExperience with social media platforms for lead generationStrong written and verbal communication skillsExpertise with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Bullhorn Automation, or Salesforce Marketing CloudProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to partner effectively with recruiters and internal stakeholdersStrong strategic planning and data-driven decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentSelf-motivated and creative approach to sourcing Pay Range and Compensation Package:$51,638.00 - $95,530.30 Benefits & Perks:Medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsHealth savings accounts and flexible spending accounts401(k) employee and employer contributionsPaid time off including vacation, sick leave, and company holidaysPaid parental leave and family support benefitsShort-term and long-term disability insuranceLife and accidental death & dismemberment insurance Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
