Senior Client Service Manager Fire Systems

About the role

Position Location: This role supports our Plano, TX branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving to a financial target and outstanding customer satisfaction and retention
• Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities, full time in customer site
• Develop account strategies to achieve the customer’s business goals, leveraging the company’s entire service and product portfolio
• Develop service delivery plans with the customer to provide service agreement scope of work
• Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations
• Participate in the development of a master schedule to deliver service for all customers in the service area and lead quality assurance activities that will support service agreement renewals
• Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED
• 5+ years of on-the-job experience working within:
• The Building Technology industry
• Engineering Fire Alarm systems
• NICET Level 1 certification required
• Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or state-recognized GED, 5+ years of on-the-job experience working within the Building Technology industry, Engineering Fire Alarm systems, NICET Level 1 certification required, Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems, Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program, Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
• Preferred Qualifications: NICET Level II preferred, Associate degree from a two-year/technical college or bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience in the building technology industry

Pay

The pay range for this position is $82,538 - $141,494 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
