Senior Client Service Manager
Job Summary
An amazing opportunity to join Canteen One’s Client team working with Fortune 500 clients on a national basis! This advanced leadership role is part of our Client Services team and is key in meeting and maintaining customer relations while maximizing financial objectives. Your goal is to provide outstanding service and build long-term relationships that lead to high customer satisfaction and contract renewals. This senior position manages top accounts, offers advanced analytical, financial, and system skills, and serves as a Team Lead working closely with senior management to assist team members and lead operations in account retention strategies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup of new accounts and rollouts
- Prepare reports and summaries
- Recommend and present information to the client, and implement the recommendations
- Carry out quarterly meetings and business reviews
- Facilitate data needed for business reviews/meetings
- Build and sustain relationships with clients through high-level interaction and analysis
- Develop account retention strategies
- Perform ongoing financial performance analysis
- Facilitate business proformas and overall financial summaries
- Set accurate financial expectations for renewals and bids
- Evaluate potential new business relationships
- Facilitate meetings and manage internal resources to resolve issues
- Identify and develop plans to address problems or obstacles
- Communicate relevant client information across Canteen One
- Collaborate with Operations and build internal relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; or equivalent experience (five years in service business, three in account management)
- Minimum of three (3) years of business experience
- Strong background in market analysis, operations, and account management preferred
- Proven financial analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term internal and external relationships
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; PowerPoint preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, JD Edwards) strongly preferred
- Experience with reporting tools, especially Business Objects, is a plus

This position can sit in either Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN corporate office
