About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Appropriate licensing as required
Preferred:
- Experience in client service, account management, or renewals in insurance or a related field
- Solid financial acumen

How You'll Make An Impact
- Own day-to-day service for your assigned accounts and help make sure each client feels heard and supported
- Work with colleagues on renewals, keep deadlines moving, and help secure existing business
- Look for ways to add services and lines of coverage that fit the client's needs
- Your work will help support client retention, client satisfaction, and the branch's revenue goals
