About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff
  • Monitor the provision and effectiveness of community services
  • Ensure program integrity and compliance with staff development
  • Participate in program analysis and evaluation including determination of service needs/gaps and the quality and effectiveness of delivered services
  • Consult with other management staff on a regular basis
  • Develop and implement outreach programs to publicize programs and services as requested
  • Provide clear, concise oral and written reports as required or requested

Requirements

  • Ability to plan and organize work independently.
  • Ability to develop and promote collaboration.
  • Master’s degree in social work or related field.
  • Five years’ experience in a human services environment including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Current Social Work preferred (Advanced License preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Qualifications

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field and five years of experience in a human services environment, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity. A current Social Work license is preferred, and an Advanced License is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
