About the role

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future. We're growing fast, both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

What You'll Do

  • Own active influencer and UGC campaigns end-to-end, from writing the brief to delivering the final performance report with clear takeaways.
  • Source and manage creator partnerships across relevant verticals, building relationships that produce repeat, high-quality content rather than one-off posts.
  • Brief creators clearly and manage feedback rounds with the internal creative team, keeping timelines tight and quality high.
  • Pull campaign performance data regularly, identify what is working and what is not, and translate those findings into concrete changes for the next campaign.
  • Manage up to directors by proactively communicating campaign status, flagging blockers early, and coming to meetings with answers rather than questions.
  • Navigate cross-functional workflows across product, creative, and leadership without needing hand-holding, keeping campaigns moving even when internal processes are ambiguous.
  • Stay current on content formats, creator trends, and platform shifts so that Polymarket's campaigns reflect what is actually resonating right now, not what worked six months ago.

What We're Looking For

  • 4 to 5 years of experience running influencer and UGC campaigns for tech companies, with work that spans both brand awareness and conversion-focused content.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and implement specific, measurable changes to subsequent campaigns based on what you found.
  • Experience managing creator relationships independently, including sourcing, briefing, and holding partners accountable to deliverables and quality standards.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and managing up, including regular communication with directors and navigating internal workflows that are not always clearly defined.
  • Genuine fluency in online culture and content, you consume it, you understand what is landing right now, and you can apply that instinct to a product tied to real-world events.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly when it comes to creative briefs and performance summaries that drive decisions rather than just document activity.
  • (Plus) Prior experience working on crypto, web3, or fintech products, or comfort marketing a product that requires some audience education.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary & equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage
  • 401k match
  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
