Senior Business Recruiter
About the role
As a Senior Business Recruiter at Genius AI, you will own the full cycle across a diverse mix of roles and levels, including Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience. You will deliver a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers at every stage, design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, build AI-powered recruiting workflows, and serve as a strategic partner to executive leaders and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of roles and levels spanning Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience, delivering a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers at every stage
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies that build strong top-of-funnel pipelines and differentiate GlossGenius as an employer in competitive talent markets
- Build AI-powered recruiting workflows that automate the repeatable parts of the process, including sourcing, outreach personalization, and pipeline tracking, so your time stays on the work that actually requires judgment
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leaders and hiring managers, using data to shape decision-making, influence role scoping, and drive hiring decisions
- Manage the full offer and negotiation process, from structuring competitive offers through closing candidates in complex situations
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth technology company, with a track record of closing strong candidates across a mix of functions and seniority levels
- Proven experience building AI-powered recruiting workflows that changed how you source, engage, or manage pipeline
- Comfortable making calls with incomplete information and moving quickly without losing quality, whether that means pushing a hiring manager toward a faster decision or restructuring a search that isn't working
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write outreach that converts and give feedback that lands clearly
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, able to manage a high volume of requisitions without letting candidates or hiring managers fall through
- Track record of providing a genuinely high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers, treating recruiting as a relationship function rather than a transaction
Qualifications
- Commutable to our NYC headquarters and operates in an in-person environment, defaulting to being in-office 3–4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Pay
The base salary for this role is between $140,000–$170,000 + equity + benefits. The compensation package offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Genius AI's equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within our total rewards offering.
Schedule
Default to being in-office 3–4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
