We're looking for a Senior Recruiter — a corporate recruiter and talent acquisition partner who can lead full-cycle searches for complex, senior, and Director-level roles across the business. In this role, you'll partner directly with hiring managers and leaders, own your requisitions end to end, and play a hands-on role in shaping the recruiting function as we scale. If you want your next move to mean more — more ownership, more autonomy, and more impact — we'd love to meet you! 🎯 What You'll Be Doing Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, senior, and Director-level roles across multiple business units, from intake through offer and onboardingDesign and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (job boards, social, referrals, direct outreach) to build pipelines ahead of needPartner with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategyScreen, interview, and evaluate candidates; present qualified slates with written assessments and hire recommendationsLead offer extension and negotiation, structuring equitable, compliant offers within approved bandsOwn recruiting metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rateMentor junior recruiters and coordinators, and help evolve our recruiting workflows, ATS usage, and employer branding ✅ What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification highly preferred5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate environments)Proven success recruiting across a range of roles and seniority levels, including senior and Director-level searchesHands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.);Excel/Google Sheets proficiencyWorking knowledge of employment law (EEO, ADA, FLSA) and the judgment to advise hiring managers on compliant, equitable hiring practicesStrong relationship-building and consultative skills — comfortable advising senior stakeholders on talent strategy 🏙 You'll be based in Symphony Towers, one of San Diego's premier office spaces that offers: Stunning views of the city and coastlineFree access to the building gymDiscounts at restaurants and cafes in the towerSecure bike racks in the building and 24/7 paid parking in a nearby downtown structureClose walking distance to 100+ of the top bars, restaurants, and coffee shops Our office is designed for comfort, productivity, and collaboration, featuring: Ergonomic standing desks and high-quality workstationsA fully stocked snack bar, espresso machine, and cold drinksA welcoming team lounge area and sunny workspacesA clean, modern space where we can do our best work together 🎁 Benefits & Perks Our people are our #1 priority.
