What if your skills mattered more than your job title? At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Sr Recruiter who enjoys learning, values teamwork, and is skilled in communication and end-to-end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle executive searches for C-level and VP positions, partnering directly with the C-suite, Board of Directors, and Hiring Committees to define candidate profiles, talent criteria, and search timelines.
- Conduct target company analysis, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing using advanced research methodologies to engage passive executive talent.
- Perform confidential headhunting with direct outreach to top-tier executives while maintaining absolute confidentiality and high-touch candidate experience.
- Perform in-depth, competency-based assessments and behavioral interviews to evaluate executive leadership capabilities, strategic vision, cultural alignment, and operational track record.
- Serve as an internal executive search consultant, guiding hiring teams on market conditions, compensation trends, and diversity benchmarks.
- Drive calibration sessions, candidate debriefs, and offer discussions with executive leadership.
- Design and execute executive compensation packages (base, bonus, equity, LTIPs, sign-on terms) in partnership with Total Rewards and Compensation Committees.
- Maintain an active executive talent network to shorten time-to-fill for critical succession and key leadership positions.
- Track and report on executive hiring metrics, pipeline health, and agency/vendor performance when external search partners are leveraged.

Pay
The initial expected remuneration for this role is $78k to $103k, plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
