Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple business functions
• Source, attract, and engage both passive and active candidates
• Drive full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define talent strategies and maintain hiring momentum
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting guidance to stakeholders
• Create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Consistently deliver strong hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proven success managing multiple searches simultaneously
• Experience filling complex, hard-to-find, or highly competitive roles
• Strong sourcing skills and a passion for identifying top talent
• Confidence pushing hiring managers toward timely decisions and best hiring practices
• Demonstrated ability to close candidates and navigate competitive offers
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
