About the role
The Business Operations Lead is a strategic business partner to Partner Delivery & Migration leadership, driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for the Partner Core organization. This role is crucial in leading and scaling mission-critical frameworks, including goal setting, key initiatives, business reviews, forecasting, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual planning lifecycle, run business review mechanisms, and shape the analytics roadmap.
- Develop and manage pipeline qualification, attribution, and resolve escalations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Orchestrates AI-human collaboration in the GTM process and manages AI intelligence tools and automated customer/partner interaction systems.
- Maintain partner tools data quality to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Implement business workflows and automation to streamline processes and improve stakeholder efficiency.
- Conduct business performance analysis on program effectiveness, conversion rates, goal attainment, and forecast accuracy to identify potential risks.
- Prepare and drive regular business reviews with insights on pipeline health, performance trends, and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact to resolve stakeholders' requests and execute daily operational processes.
- Lead operations tools training and adoption initiatives to improve utilization and productivity.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve business efficiency and processes.
- Drive escalations, gap-to-green, and/or other issues to resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing partner processes, procedures, and policies
- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
