Senior Business Leader, Diagnostic Films (Sr. Manager)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance of diagnostic films portfolio focused on radiation dosimetry applications
• Engage with key customer segments including medical physicists and oncology centers
• Define and execute growth strategy across core and emerging applications
• Identify and scale new growth vectors such as proton therapy
• Drive application-driven innovation aligned to clinical needs
• Partner with quality and regulatory teams for compliance and documentation
• Lead and develop a high-performing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science designation
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial, business, or operational roles
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed, global environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive execution and influence without direct authority
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated responsible and ethical behavior

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
