Build and Expand EPC-Centric Growth
Develop and execute a targeted EPC engagement strategy to drive long-term pipeline growth.
Establish AWC as a trusted advisor to EPC project teams, not just a vendor.
Identify priority EPCs, build multi-level relationships, and create repeatable engagement models across projects.
Influence Projects Early (Pre-FEED & FEED)
Engage early in the Pre-FEED and FEED cycle to shape valve philosophies, specifications, and package strategies.
Position AWC and partner capabilities to increase spec inclusion and win probability.
Create alignment between EPC design decisions and AWC’s solution strengths.
Drive opportunity progression from qualification through award with a focus on conversion and margin.
Create Repeatable Project Capture Strategy
Build and deploy clear pursuit strategies that align EPC drivers, end-user expectations, and partner capabilities.
Focus on select market verticals and project scopes where AWC can consistently win and scale.
Turn one-off wins into repeatable playbooks across EPCs and project types.
Map decision-makers across EPCs, end users, and partners to accelerate deal velocity.
Create Visibility and Alignment
Maintain clear pipeline visibility, highlighting gaps, risks, and next actions.
Align internal stakeholders around where to invest time and resources for maximum return.
Skills you’ll need
- 8 + Years in flow control / valve automation sales, business development, or project capture
- Proven success building and winning business through EPCs on capital projects
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle (Pre-FEED, FEED, Execute)
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments (EPC, Client, Partner)
- Commercial acumen with a track record of driving projects to award
- Technical foundation in valve applications, automation, and process systems
